Juniper Open or Spring Boroka Cup is traditional competition in Hungary. Usually, it held always first weekend of March close to the national boundary with Serbia , and it's just one of reason because I took a part on this competition, third years in row.
Main reasons are great choose of terrain and well prepared courses.
Terrain are combine clear pine forest excelent for running in full speed and “sea of juniper” where visibility and runnability are quietly low and reduce.
In 21AH class, staisfyingly in front, after first day, was home-runner Zsebeházy István.
I was take 3rd spot with huge margin behind Istvan and just 15 seconds behind Miklos Forrai on 2nd spot.
For second day, I decided to reduce my speed for a while, and take care for my route choice what I managed in big part of race, except in the beginning and on longest leg in the race ( 17-18 ct.).
In summary, Istvan stayed on the top and he managed increase margin between me on 2nd spot and him.
